Price is per hanging weight pound, which includes processing. Expected hanging weight for whole lamb is between 30 - 45 lbs. Depending on the size of the lamb and your choice of cuts, you will receive between 20 - 30 lbs of meat. Items that have additional processing (such as sausage) will have additional fees. The $200 deposit will be charged immediately to reserve your half beef.
How it works:
- The $1000 deposit will be charged immediately.
- Animals will go to the butcher on the availability date you select on the next screen.
- A week before, we will email you a cut sheet so that you can choose the cuts you want.
- Your order will be ready approximately 4 weeks after the butcher date. The balance (final price minus deposit) will be charged when your custom order is back from the butcher and packed for delivery.
