By placing an order with Frydek Heritage Farm, you agree to the following terms.

Orders and Pricing
Online cart totals shown at checkout are estimates only. Most of our products are sold by exact package weight. Your final charge will reflect the actual packed weight of your order and will be confirmed when your order is packed and ready for pickup. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors in pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Inventory
We work hard to maintain accurate inventory. Occasionally an item may sell out after your order is placed. If this occurs we will remove it from your order or contact you by phone or text to discuss a substitution before your pickup date.

Payment
Payment is charged to your saved card when your order is packed. By saving a card on file you authorize Frydek Heritage Farm to charge your card for the final packed order total.

Pickup
Please plan to pick up your order at the selected location and time. If you are unable to make your pickup, please contact us as early as possible. Orders not retrieved during the pickup window may be subject to a restocking fee of $10 or 10% of your order total, whichever is greater. Perishable items left unclaimed after the pickup window may be discarded. For second-time no-shows, your order is no longer refundable and your account may be placed on inactive status.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at chris@frydekheritagefarm.com. We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been packed.

Cooking Heritage and Pasture-Raised Meats
Our animals are pasture-raised and heritage breed, meaning they are leaner, have more developed muscle, and will be firmer in texture than conventionally raised meat. Heritage and pasture-raised meats must be cooked with lower heat and longer times than you may be accustomed to. We are happy to provide cooking guidance — just ask. We cannot issue refunds for results due to unfamiliar cooking methods, but we want you to love what you're eating and are always glad to help.

Product Quality
We take pride in the quality of our heritage and pasture-raised products. If you have a concern about a product, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup and we will work to make it right.

SMS Communications
By providing a mobile phone number when placing an order, you consent to receive SMS notifications about your order, including pickup reminders, order fulfillment questions, and substitution inquiries. These messages are directly related to your order and are sent only for order fulfillment purposes. We do not sell or share your phone number. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
