To make sure everything runs smoothly and each member receives their milk as planned, we’ve put together a few guidelines. These simple expectations help us provide you with the best experience possible and ensure your milk is ready for you on pickup day.
Each Sunday before your scheduled Saturday milk pickup, you’ll receive a recurring invoice by email. Simply follow the link in the email to make your payment, which is due by Monday.
If we do not receive payment by Monday, you will not receive milk that week. Your invoice for that week will be canceled, and the milk will be offered to our waitlist. If you miss multiple payments, then we reserve the right to remove you from The Milk Crew subscription to ensure fairness and reliability for all members.
Tip: To avoid missing payments, we recommend setting up autopay on your invoice. Read more about setting up autopay in this article from Quickbooks.

Note for Twice-Monthly Customers: You may need to set up autopay two separate times. This is due to the settings available in Quickbooks, the software we are using to manage the invoices. Twice a month pickups are set up as two separate recurring invoices. Since Saturdays vary month-to-month, these pickups do not follow an exact every-other-week pattern.
If you need to skip a pickup, please email us at least one week in advance. Be sure to include the date you’ll resume your milk pickup, and we’ll pause your invoice for the specified week(s).
Please understand that your Raw Milk order must be picked up on your pickup day. Per state law, your Raw Milk cannot be re-sold, and we do not have room to store the milk. We are simply facilitating the pickup for you. If your Raw Milk Order is not picked up on the pickup day, it will be disposed of WITHOUT A REFUND.
If you want to change the number of gallons of milk you pick up, or how often you pick up, please email us your request. We will do our best to adjust your subscription based on current availability.
To end your subscription, please email us at least one week in advance. Include your last desired pickup date, and we will end the recurring invoice.
