Buy in bulk, and customize your cut selection to fit your family. Bacon, pork chops, tenderloin, ham, shoulder, sausage, etc can be selected by you prior to processing.
Price is $5.08 per hanging weight pound, which includes processing. Expected hanging weight for half of a hog is between 180 - 220 lbs. Depending on the size of the hog and your choice of cuts, you will receive between 130 - 160 lbs of meat. Bacon, sausage and ham have additional processing fees. A $200 deposit will be charged immediately to reserve your whole hog.
