Buy in bulk, and customize your cut selection to fit your family. Bacon, pork chops, tenderloin, ham, shoulder, sausage, etc can be selected by you prior to processing.

Price is per hanging weight pound, which includes processing. Expected hanging weight for half of a hog is between 180 - 220 lbs. Depending on the size of the hog and your choice of cuts, you will receive between 130 - 160 lbs of meat. Bacon, sausage and ham have additional processing fees. A $200 deposit will be charged immediately to reserve your whole hog.

How it works:

  1. The $200 deposit will be charged immediately.
  2. Pigs will go to the butcher on the availability date you select on the next screen.
  3. A week before, we will email you a cut sheet so that you can choose the cuts you want.
  4. Once the butcher informs us of the hanging weight, we will email you with the final price.
  5. Your order will be ready 4 - 6 weeks after the butcher date, depending on if you request anything to be smoked or cured. The balance (minus deposit) will be charged when your custom order is back from the butcher and packed for your pickup.
