Custom Cut Whole Beef

Buy in bulk, and customize your cut selection to fit your family. Steaks, roasts, hamburger patties, beef sausage, etc can be selected by you prior to processing.

Price is per hanging weight pound, which includes processing. Expected hanging weight for half of a beef is between 600 - 650 lbs. Depending on the size of the beef and your choice of cuts, you will receive between 390 - 440 lbs of meat. Items that have additional processing (such as hamburger patties or sausage) will have additional fees. The $1000 deposit will be charged immediately to reserve your half beef.

How it works:

1. The $1000 deposit will be charged immediately.
2. Animals will go to the butcher on the availability date you select on the next screen.
3. A week before, we will email you a cut sheet so that you can choose the cuts you want.
4. Your order will be ready approximately 4 weeks after the butcher date. The balance (final price minus deposit) will be charged when your custom order is back from the butcher and packed for delivery.
